Terms of return

The return of an article from your order is within 14 after receiving your order possible.

You will receive an address and a return form by email.

Please note that all returned items must be new and unused. We check each product for its condition.

Return within Ukraine

​

You will receive a shortcut for a free return. Once we receive and verify the refund,

we will reimburse you for the purchase price, except for the shipping cost.

Return from abroad

​

Unfortunately, AdentchykBadentchyk cannot cover postage for returns from abroad.

Bulk goods and freight forwarding goods

 

Please note that the free return does not apply to bulky goods and freight forwarding goods. In this case, the cost of return delivery must be borne by the buyer.
