1. How is the product produced?

Each product is made by hand and created individually.

2. Is it possible to create products according to personal preferences ?

You can let us know your wishes about the product. We will check if it is possible.

Creating according to individual ideas is 10% more expensive.

3. What materials are toys made of?

For our toys we mainly use natural materials such as linen or cotton.

We try not to use plastic.

Sometimes this is not possible and we use synthetic fabrics and plastic accessories.

However, it is important for Adentchyk-Badentchyk to offer safe, child-friendly products.

4. Do I need to register on the site to place an order?

Registration on the site is optional for ordering!

By registering on the site, you can view the history of orders, as well as receive information about promotions and news.

5. Is it possible to cancel an order or cancel some items from it?

6. How to Unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at the bottom of the Newsletter page.

7. Is it possible to use several discount codes at the same time?

You can only use one discount code at a time.

8. How long is the discount code valid?

You can find out the validity of the discount code in the terms of use that are located next to the discount code.

9. What to do if the goods arrived damaged or the order is incomplete?

For processing, please send photos of damaged goods.

10. Do the photos and descriptions of the ordered product match?

Because each product is unique, you get exactly what you ordered.

11. What to do if the paid goods were not delivered?

You will receive a delivery number for each order. If your package cannot be delivered, contact your delivery service provider.
